  • First and foremost, we understand your Line of business and your detailed requirements.
  • Secondly, we do head hunting, Networking and a computer-based search through our exhaustive databank. We further filter the CVs of the shortlisted candidates to identify right candidatures, who would exactly fit the position.
  • Then we contact each of these candidates, discuss with them about the company profile & job opportunity, their interest and availability. We share CV’s of only those candidates who are positive about the company and opening.
  • We line up all the shortlisted candidates for interviews and do a rigorous follow-up to ensure that they don’t miss the interviews.
  • Promptly after the interview we take the client feedback. For those candidates who are selected, we support at all stages till the candidate joins the organization. In case, more CV’s are required, we repeat the entire process.
